Most of the messages here deal with bugs or errors that is the natural usage of such a board. I do not want to report an error but something that went very well. To my opinion, Sony support has earned some praise.
The front screen of my Z3 compact became loose. That's not exactly what you expect from a watertight mobile, but no one is immune to errors.
After a short email communication I was sent a free shipping voucher. Delivered to the courier service, received a notice of receipt the very next day. Three working days later, the phone was sent back and is back on my desk after a mere week. Everything fine, tested plus additional screen protectors (the good ones, with the smart application system) and a nicely made brochure from the service department.
To my humble opinion, that is the best way service can be delivered: friendly, convenient, fast and satisfying.
And - during the week I have learned how much I missed my Xperia...
