No email notifications

Problem started days ago: not receiving email notifications from posts I am subscribed to.

Verified all settings and all is checked.

And no, notifications are not going into spam folder.

@thegios , I just got an reply from a colleague working with the forum platform. If you could provide us with what's stated bellow, it would help.

"Can you ask the user to provide a time stamp of an example when they should have received mail (like the moment a response was made in a topic they're following that should have generated a subscription notification but didn't)? This will help us isolate any offending results in our log-checking. "

Well for example I did not receive any notificstion of your comment, which according to the forum was made 10 mins ago, and it is now 13:50 Rome time GMT+1

Yes, I got an reply from our forum developers.

"This should now be resolved for the user.

To clarify further on this issue, our senior engineers found that the user had unsubscribed using the link in the email template. We've removed them from that exclusion list on our side so they should be good to go. We've also filed an improvement ticket on our end to ensure this is self-serviceable in the future. "

And you're sure that you haven't clicked the unsubscribe button in any of your E-mail notification this time?

Try ticking the second box: "notify me for my own posts and replies" as well as the third one, as I had a similar problem and now it's working fine.
