I'm sorry to hear that, I noticed that you said that stamina mode its off, do you have any other battery app installed? how about any other settings on those apps to reduce data usage?
Have you repaired the phone with PCC?
have you set the WiFi to always on?

could you try again, and do NOT restore anything, don't enter your Gmail account > just test it for a couple of hours and report back.

I guess I'll need to create another Google account to download the apps I need in order to do the test.
Reset, logged in with an empty google account tested and working. Excellent, thanks. But really I was trying to avoid tthis whole process, which is why I asked here.
Turns out it was my launcher causing the issue. I'll now spend the next 2 weeks trying to get my phone back to where it was.
A reset is not a diagnosis tool, it's a last resort. I know better yet I still listened, now I'm kicking myself.
