No charge when turned off

If i switch it off there is no charge, no matter if battery is low or not.

Are you using the original charger? Try to remove the battery and put it back again.

You can try with another charger to see if you get the same behavior.

If the problem persists you can try to update/repair the phone software using PC Companion to rule out any software problems.
