camera xperia zl did not function

hallo,when i start using my camera,my phone hang and suddenly shut down...when i restart it back,its still the same..now my camera xperia zl still not functioning,i use it almost 1 month...please help me,whats should i do..

Check if you have certain apps installed such as: Battery saver-app, Task manager, Task killer-app, Anti-Virus-app or other camera app.

Uninstall those apps and see if the problem is solved

Go to settings, apps, go to all, open "Camera" and press "Clear data".

Now try again and see if the problem still persists.
