No call conference in Lollipop!!

Although there is option to add call during the ongoing call and after adding the call, merge call icon/option appears but the fails to merge.. Certainly a bug.. Needs to be squashed.. Anybody else also facing similar problem.. Any solution??

Call conference option was working well before lollipop update.. I'm on Airtel network..

I have not heard this before. Do you get any error message or similar when you try to merge the calls into a conference? Could you try to start a conference call while the phone is booted into safe mode:
