no app found to open url Xperia SP

Hi guys need help, there is no play store icon after updating of android version 4.1.2, if I open android market from Google to download it says no app found to open url. Help required.......!

That doesn't make sense

settings > apps > all > scroll to the bottom and look for the play store > enable

Have you flashed 4.1.2? Or rooted device?

You might have to repair your phone with pCC

I have tried PC companion  updated it as well while conecting my mobile it is saying that your mobile has the latest android/ app and also restored to factory setting but still couldn't get the googleplay icon  on home screen nor even chrome but it is coming in the setting> app>all. i tried disabling and then enabling but nothing. 

When i go to google site, i try searching, the site gets open but i when i further click on it says "no app found to open url"

Andriod version : 4.1.2
baseband: 8960-AAAAATAZQ-40031007-01
KERNEL VERSION: 3.4.0
BUILD NUMBER: 12.01.1.211

is there any way i can downgrade or upgrade the android version?

All the above mess was due to the fact that the vendor updated older version of the android....send it yesterday to another vendor, he updated the version to 4.3......!  Issue resolved....now i am gettng a update from Sony side to dowload updated android version 12.1.A.1.201, now question in my mind is to update this one or not.....! has any one updated this ...?
