how to turn off vibrate when home key and back key

I update 4.3 and now i can not turn off vibrating when pressing home, back, baxkgroung keys. Plz help me to solve this

Settings - Sound - At the bottom untick Vibrate on touch

What about camera launch buton vitration? How do i turn that off?
