NFC keeps turning back off

When I turn on my NFC in the settings, it will automatically turns itself off.

Factory resetting it will return it to normal, however the issue will return in a few days.

Suggestions please.

So that we can at least rule out a software issue before looking at the hardware, can you please try running a repair:

To repair the phone software
1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support
2.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.
3.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.
4.     Click repair phone.
5.     Follow the on-screen instructions.
