Hi there,
I bought the Z5 premium earlier this year.
It was perfectly fine this morning. Was charged 100%.
2 hours later, I checked on the phone and it was dead. The phone was really hot for the next 2-3 hours even after it wont switch back on.
I tried the reset (volume button plus power) but nothing. The phone has cool down since.
I tried recharging the phone but so far nothing. No indication/LED at all whatsoever during charge. Screen has been completley black the whole time.
I then Left it on the charger (3 different usb chargers - PC and wall) each time more than 3 hours just in case. Still nothing. still a dead carcus.
I tried holding the volume and power button reset beyong the 30 seconds. Nothing. However, When i did the same thing but with the usb cable connected on for power, it beeped a lot after 30 seconds (when holdin it). The beep stops completley when I unplug it.
PC could not detect the item at all. So theres no way I could do any update/fix on software.
im really at a loss right now.
Someone able to help on this?
