New video playing problem

Whenever I try to play new video download from the Internet. Mobile getting stuck and get switch off also.

Could you boot on safe mode and check if you experience the same issue.

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu 
3. press and hold "power off" 
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

Where are you storing the videos? 

are the videos HD?

Video stored in phone memory only.videos are HD videos.not working for low quality videos also.

What if you download the video on a computer and use PCC or Bridge to transfer the video?
