New Sony Experia E3 not shutting down

Hi,

I have bought this device on 26th Jan 2015, on 4th May the device was getting heated while charging. i took the device to Prayag Cellular, aundh, Pune-411007. on 7th may, they have reported that the device is repaired ready. i took the device but found nothing was done, the device was not able to charge after initial battery was drained off. i again submitted for repair with same service center, on 8th May (Job No.W1150508044153). Again on 16th i was informed that device is repaired and ready on 16th May, I went to service center but found that nothing has been done with the mobile it was having same problem. Again they have created a new Job No.W115051806454. on 26th may i was again informed that the device is repaired, but to add my frustration, it was not ready, it was heating very badly.

I want to understand, when every service center repairs any device dont they test it?
every time i was told that parts are to be changed, but still the problem remains as it is, can i know, Sony even the parts are faulty as the Sony Device is??
There is lot of space to suspect that instead of installing parts, your service center removes working parts of the device.

Can you explain was it a mistake to opt Sony mobile, I was quiet happy with Samsubg and Karbonn, for a change i had opted Sony and got embarrassed.

can you let me know what is the Grievance readdress procedure ??
