New Phone - Same old settings?

My Sony Arco S (LT26w) have a broken USB connection, so I have got a new one.

How do I make a total backup of my old phone (complete backup incl. ringetones, backgrounds, system settings, photos, contacts etc.) ??

I would like my new phone to be an exact copy of my old one - is that possible?

Does your new phone has the same firmware version, if it does then you can create a backup on PCC and then restore it on the new phone, or you can look for apps to do so
