Network problem in Xperia E dual sim.

Is their any way to solve the network problem in my new Xperia E dual sim?

Please do not mention that SUS/ PCC stuff. I've already tried that and they don't work.

Please also do mention anything about WCDMA or GSM. Even that has been tried and tested and even that doesn't work. I lost my network connectivity of the SIM 1 for hours due to this.

Also don't mention any software updates or software glitches. This is a new phone and it is already malfunctioning.

Please avoid any references to approach any Sony Service centre. The nearest one is miles away.

Genuine efforts to help will be immensely appreciated by this long-suffering fellow.

Kindly reply.

I am sorry but the phone began malfunctioning from the first week itself. I learnt to install apps only after several weeks.

The sony service is miles away.

Can you please provide any other recommendation?

You mean I have to go through the process all over again?

Can you recommend any phone within the same price of Xperia E dual sim? Please do not mention a Sony product because once bitten is twice shy.

Also, will it appropriate if I sell this phone now as the problem seems insurmountable? I've notice many users in this forum and upon the Net have had this problem.

Kindly reply.

I will not recommend you other devices as this is a Sony support forum. You should ask somewhere else for that. No,if you contact a staff member there will be no process.Ask them about your problem.

I respect the liberties and limitations upon you imposed by this foru.

I clinked the link provided by you but in the page that opened I did not understand how to contact a staff member. Kindly elaborate how to approach a staff member.

And if I ask you your honest opinion, do you think this network problem will be solved at all. I have ransacked the Net and no solution seems to appear forthwith.

Thanks.

Ok. Thank you very much for your help.

At least people were responsive here. But unfortunately though you tried your best, you couldn't save Sony's stature in my eyes.

I on my side think this problem is not going to go and I will have to buy a new phone. And it need not be told that I stay away from all Sony products.

Thank you again for your help.

I finally figured a solution to my problem. The solution was NOT to place two SIM cards in the Xperia "dual".
Now I've just placed one SIM card in my Xperia and everything, including the network, is fine.
But had to buy a new phone for the other SIM card. and no prizes for guessing it was not a Sony piece.
