Is their any way to solve the network problem in my new Xperia E dual sim?
Please do not mention that SUS/ PCC stuff. I've already tried that and they don't work.
Please also do mention anything about WCDMA or GSM. Even that has been tried and tested and even that doesn't work. I lost my network connectivity of the SIM 1 for hours due to this.
Also don't mention any software updates or software glitches. This is a new phone and it is already malfunctioning.
Please avoid any references to approach any Sony Service centre. The nearest one is miles away.
Genuine efforts to help will be immensely appreciated by this long-suffering fellow.
Kindly reply.
I have recently bought an Xperia E dual Sim of Champagne colour. I have been consisitently faced a network problem in my phone. Both SIM 1 and SIM 2 are affected, with the latter being particularly so. Call drops have become more common; even when the netwrok shows full signal, the phone is unreachable; and the phone malfunctions when being charged.
Kindly help.
You can repair your phone with SUS or PCC and stay away from taskillers, task managers, antivirus, etc

Sir, I have updated my phone using both SUS and PCC. In both cases, it was declared that my phone has the latest software.
But the network problem is still persisting. It has not gone away.
Please recommend some reliable method to solve my netwok problem.
The phone is dual standby. What network options do you have?Try to set first SIM on WCDMA and the second on GSM only.
How do we do this? Both my SIM cards are GSM?
Settings-more-mobile networks-network mode.
I understood what you are directing me to do.
I use the SIM 1 for my Internet and calls while SIM 2 is used only for calls. Should I then set SIM 1 to WCDMA or should I set SIM 2 to WCDMA?
If I set one SIM what changes will occur? Will I be able to access the Net?
SIM 2 cannot be changed to WCDMA as far as I know.It can be on GSM only.
