Network mode selection not active.

hi everybody

why Network mode selection not active(it is in preffered WCDMA/GSM mode and i cannot change to GSM only as it not active). this is happening after i update my xperia P to  6.1.B.0.544. kindly help me.

Are you sure you do not have any other fields?can you post a screenshot?

Can you please post your SI-no to us and we can check what it might be? You can find it if you remove the bottom part of the phone, under the light bar.

Your phone is locked on a particular network?Have you tried repairing with sus or pcc?

I am facing same problem with my sony xperia p since update, I have already contacted sony customer support regarding this issue and they told me to repair os with pc companion but when i did so nothing has change. i need help.........
