Network drop

I have been facing network problem in 4.3. At first I thought it was issues with my network provider. But I realized network drops have become frequent and if I restart my phone network is full. Any suggestions?

Uninstall any taskillers and/or antivirus, you can get a brand new SIM card and that might do the trick
