Net work problems after updating

Hi,

This is Avinash, I bought a new E3 phone today, It was working fine till I updated it, after updating phone is unable to connect to network services, my uncle took same phone one week before and was having same problem so he sent for replacing. Should I also do the same or do I have any other alternative. Does replacing solve the problem.

Try performing a system repair as this will often fix issues after an upgrade - This will factory reset your phone

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

SOY USUARIO DE EL XPERIA E3 DESDE HACE MENOS DE UNA SEMANA, SE ACTUALIZÓ Y DESDE ENTONCES NO PUEDO COMPARTIR DATOS NI POR WIFI NI POR BLUETOOTH.

CUANDO ENLAZO ALGÚN DISPOSITIVO CON EL TELÉFONO, HAY CONECTIVIDAD (EL ICONO DE WIFI SE ENCIENDE EN EL DISPOSITIVO ENLAZADO Y LAS FLECHAS VERDES Y NARANJAS DE FLUJO DE DATOS PARPADEAN, PERO SOBRE TODO LA VERDE, DE ENVÍO DE DATOS, LA NARANJA NO HACE NADA), PERO SI COMIENZO A NAVEGAR, MANDAR UN MENSAJE, ETC, POR EJEMPLO DESDE LA TABLET, NO CONSIGO NADA.

ESTA ES UNA FUNCIONALIDAD QUE USO MUCHÍSIMO, POR LO QUE ME ES IMPRESCINDIBLE. HE PUESTO DISTINTAS SIM EN EL TERMINAL Y EL RESULTADO SIEMPRE HA SIDO EL MISMO, HE RECONFIGURADO LOS APN, LA PANTALLA DE AJUSTES DE ÁREAS DE CONEXIÓN WIFI PORTÁTIL Y YA NO SE ME OCURRE QUE MÁS HACER NI QUÉ PROBAR.

I am USER FROM THE XPERIA E3 LESS THAN A WEEK, WAS RESTATED AND SINCE THEN I CAN NOT SHARE DATA OR FOR OR FOR BLUETOOTH WIFI.

 

WHEN linked ANY DEVICE WITH PHONE, NO CONNECTIVITY (WIFI ICON TURN ON THE DEVICE LINKED AND GREEN ARROWS AND ORANGES FLASHING DATA FLOW, BUT ABOVE ALL GREEN, SENDING DATA, THE ORANGE DO NOTHING) BUT IF I START TO SAIL, SEND A MESSAGE, ETC, FOR EXAMPLE FROM THE TABLET NOT GET ANYTHING.

 

THIS IS A FUNCTIONAL USE THAT MUCH, SO ME IS ESSENTIAL. I PUT IN DIFFERENT SIM TERMINAL AND THE RESULT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE SAME, HE reconfigured APN SETTINGS SCREEN AREA CONNECTION WIFI LAPTOP AND NO LONGER THAT HAPPENS ME WHAT MORE DO NOT TRY.
