This phone is doing my head in its hard to get around, I had to create a new Google account and Gmail address now i have all the main apps phone picture folders etc twice like contacts Facebook and I can't delete them please help

I've backed apps up using Chrome I need to no how to delete apps it doesn't give me an option in

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

To remove an application you simply do the following.

Menu > Settings > Apps > Downloaded > Select App > Press Uninstall

However not all apps can be removed. I would also like to know how you backed up apps with Chrome?

If you repair your phone with PCC, all older folders will be deleted (from the internal storage). But do tell us how did you backup with chrome
