Neo v problems (no help from Polish support)

Hi, its my 3rd thread about the same issue, but this time around with a new phone. I will try to make it as short as i can, no one likes to read walls of text.

Story shortcut:

1. I had issues with my old neo V (screen jitter, ghost touch, deflected accelerometer, lagging touch)

2. Phone was send 5 times to the sony official serivce. Reports of repairs below, just to note each application was sent with the same issue description(more or less), i will do short translation of important parts:

Fault reported by customer: no content on LCD

Repairs report: Installed new software, phone is working correctly.

Fault reported by customer: Touch screen not working, other appearance problems(details on application)

Repairs report: Installed new software, no faults found.

Fault reported by customer: Main keyboard not working, AU noise, touch screen not working.

Repairs report: Installed new software, parts exchanged(fictive touch module, ear speaker)

Fault reported by customer: Problems with internet browser.

Repairs report: Nothing was done. "Regenersis" said that they did not recive anwser from "play" if i agree on repairs (i demanded new phone based on reclamation law, but i agreed on repairs). Play send them the anwser 2 times, i cant tell whenever they ignored the anwsers or had system error.

Fault reported by customer: DA problem with GPRS

Repairs report: Repairs succesful without parts exchange. Installend new software. Device is working correctly.

3. After all the issues with sony service center my local seller (play) decided to give me new phone. My new neo V have exactly the same issues.

4. I contacted Polish sony support and that was the anwser(short translations below, you could also use google translate thats why i didnt make screenshot):

"Szanowny Panie Damianie,

Dziękujemy za kontakt z pomocą techniczną Sony Xperia.

W odpowiedzi na Pana zapytanie, przede wszystkim chcielibyśmy Pana poinformować, że urządzenie Sony Xperia Neo V o numerze IMEI 351880053375028 znajdowało się w autoryzowanym centrum serwisowym Sony czterokrotnie, z czego jeden raz została wykonana naprawa mechaniczna. Pozostałe wpisy dotyczą aktualizacji oprogramowania lub "nie wykryto problemu".

Chcielibyśmy Pana w tym miejscu poinformować, że jeżeli autoryzowane centrum serwisowe dokładnie sprawdziło telefon, zweryfikowało i zatwierdziło, że telefon działa zgodnie ze standardami firmy Sony Mobile oraz nie odnalazło przyczyny problemów, jakich użytkownik doświadcza, jest to oficjalne stanowisko naszej firmy w tej sprawie. Nasze autoryzowane centra serwisowe sprawdzają dokładnie za pomocą specjalnych testów dotyczących urządzenia, czy działa ono poprawnie. Jeżeli telefon pozytywnie przechodzi taki test, nie zostaje podjęta naprawa czy wymiana, ponieważ jest on zdefiniowany jako „nie stwierdzono problemu”.

W przypadku problemów, jakich Pan doświadcza, chcielibyśmy zaproponować przeprowadzenie resetowania ustawień lub resetowania do ustawień fabrycznych poprzez ustawienia>dane użytkownika>ustawienia fabryczne lub resetowanie ustawień fabrycznych...."

(there is more but its only about how i can send it to serivce center and such)

In short:

Our awesome service said that our fantastic phone is working correctly and as such we agree with them, if you dont agree with us you can reset your phone settings to default/update your software using pc companion or sent it to our magnificecnt serivce center where it will undoubtly be fixed swiftly. (loose translation)

To be honest i didnt expect anything from polish support but suggesting factory settings and sending phone to service center after all those issues was quite frankly out of place. I would ignore the problem as i have new phone and could sell it to someone who dont care about touch screen or accelerometer but after this anwser i just wont. I wouldnt mind if they wrote to me that neo V have low quality touch screen and i should just deal with it but they didnt.

Now, is there someone who i can contact outside of polish support which i wouldnt even consider professional(generic pre defined anwser to angry customer who have all the needed material to go court, not so smart. I suggest marketing training).

Very sorry to hear about these issues and the problems you experienced with the support. Unfortunately there isn't anything I personally can do. Could you please send me a PM with your contact info and any ticket/case IDs if you got any when you contacted the polish support? I will forward them to the concerned people and they contact you.
