Neo v Problem Help

Sony xperia neo v  Only Vibrates On Pressing Power Button and screen nothing shows please help me ;(

Charge the phone for 1 hour,remove the battery and put it back in.Do not turn on the phone.Repair with SUS:

i put it charge but nothing happens no led or anything
