Neo V: Mandatory Background Processes???

I purchased Xperia Neo V a month back and so far I'm sastified with the features of it.

But I feel the mobile is little sluggish/slow at times when using TimeScape, call logs, maturing calls, disconnecting calls, etc.

Browsing is also quite slow.

Most importantly, I observed many times that there are so many processes running in the background which seems to be irrelevant to me/my usage type.  Many tmes tried kiling them but failed to do so, as those are provided alongwith mobile and starts automatically.

Probably, stopping them could enable mobile to perform in better manner.  Few of them are listed below for referrence, with my comments.  Why I should not be allowed to Start-n-Stop at the time when I required/intended to use/close it.

The phone has several services running in the background as default. Main reason for this being that in order for this features to work or to work instantly they need to be running in the background. I can see that you're mentioning quite some services that are running and I can't explain all of them to you. But I don't suggest that you use an task killer or similar app to kill these default services if you're not satisfied with the phone performance because this will actually affect the phone in the opposite way. Because if you kill one default service it will automatically start again. This requires RAM and battery power. So you will actually get lower performance doing this rather than just let them be running in the background in the phone.

However in ICS you have the possibility to deactivate some app's and services so maybe that what you're looking for, but then of course our ICS update requires more performance over all.
