Need such app or setting

I need some app or a setting which will show me the actual sent/recived data on top of my screen just like this:

Also, ES Taskmanager says that out of 2gb Ram only 1.72gb is actually usable but in Settings/Apps its doesnt say so

So how much is true regarding this fact?

As like my phone has 2gb ram but tools show only 1.72gb is available for user usage.

Any truth in this or that the tool isnt able to read the whole 2gb?

The Ram is true - The missing Ram would be used for cache or Dalvik cache and for apps to run this could be considered as memory boundaries
