Try these methods one after the other. Verify after each method whether the problem was solved, before trying the next one.

Make sure that you use the same Google™ account as the one used in your device to log in to my Xperia™ website, myxperia.sonymobile.com, via a computer (or other Internet-enabled device).

  • Make sure that you have inserted the SIM card into the device.
  • Make sure that you have enabled my Xperia™ in the device.
  • Make sure that your device has an active data connection.
