I´m so disconcerted and worried,
3 weeks ago, my phone suddenly died, without any warning or information, just died
I have contacted your support center and I have been waiting for a long time for a resolution, but the proceess is still running
I have lost all my information, contacts, files, everything .. and of course it appears like "I wasted my money .."
Check this ... I got a plan in the telephone company for 2 years, is incredible that the plan continues but my phone does not
I have tried with all procedures that Sony told me in order to re-start my phone, but it did not work
Now, I don't now what will happen, I hope I can recover my phone.
Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 3 hours > then try to turn it back on, if that doesn't work then contact your Local support

I'm sorry to hear about the power issue, on the basis that you have navigated through multiple troubleshooting and have not been able to come to a resolution, it may be that you need to get the handset into a service agent for assessment.

Hi, Even I experienced the same from my xperia z3, sudden death, not able to revive my phone back. tried holding th power button with the volume key for more than 15 sec, didn work. please suggest any alternative means to revive my phone. I don't want to lose my personal contacts and data.
have tried doesnt work, funny how a llot of peopple are experiencing the same issue recently? Will never buy from sony again/!
