Hi yesterday i saw that an update was available for my xperia z2 tablet so i updated it, this update caused some weird issues like it deciding to think it's a phone, i now have "mobile data not activated" as a warning in the notificatio dropdown, and this is on a wifi only tablet when i hold and press it shows phone options, this is a wifi only tablet.
Anyway after my tablet was updating i thought let's see if my xperia z3 phone also has the update, so i go check on my phone and i find it stuck in the bootscreen loop i wounder what happened? so i let it sit until i decide to press the reset button, then when i try turning it back on it starts back in the bootscreen loop and now it simply stays there it no longer starts, i did nothing with my phone i just found it stuck in the bootscreen fir no reason what so ever and this is, after finding out an update was available on my tablet, so my only logical explanation is that either the update notification caused it or the phone decided to update automatically.
i tried everything to get it repaired but theres no way
first i found that you can enter in recovery mode by tapping volume button or power nothing
connecting it to pcc just makes it not detect the phone no matter what i try and theres no reset option in pc companion under support zone
That's not recovery mode, that's safe mode.
how do i access it i also managed to use pcc for the phone but it was acting as if it was an update anyway it fixed nothing my phone is still stuck in a loop of the bootscreen only now it has the boot music playing at first
Remove the SIM and SD cards > boot on safe mode
