please, somebody tell me what to do, i've bought my phone from ebay, not even a month as i use it, i've not dropped it, even in water. and suddenly it's sensor stopped working. i've tried restart, with turn off button and volume up button, when it restarted, sensor worked for 2 seconds, then nothing. Tell me what to do please? :X :X

i mean, the screen sensor. 😕 i cannot write anything or even cannot turn phone off with sensor.

yes i mean the touchscreen. when i press the screen, nothing happens 😕 doesn't work.

I'm sorry to hear that but, if you bought it on ebay it was probably used, you might want to contact the seller regarding this. you can also repair the phone with PCC.

Does the phone has a protective case, film, glass?
