My Xperia Ultra hangs when updating, and doesnt push through.

Hi Guys,

      I tried updating my new Xperia Z Ultra, it always freeze and never pushed through, I dont understand whats the problem is. I already reset the phone and still doesnt work, i even tried it both PC and Mac but still no luck.. can someone help me? Thanks in advance!
