My xperia U doesnt Upgrade to 6.0.B.3.184!

My phone and pc companion show that a new system update is available. When I start the procedure, everything goes well until the step where you have to discoonect the phone, turn it off, press the volume down key and connect. I follow these steps but nothing happens any further!...Update does not start!... Please Help!!!

Here's what you need to do as per my experience.. After turning the phone off, wait for atleast 30 seconds then press and hold the volume down key and plug the USB into phone.. This should start the update process...

Hey thanx! But its still not happening! After following the procedure, I pressed enter so the process moved ahead. It's now in the update stage but the update process has not yet begun!
