Dear sir/Madam,
I bought brand new sony xperia active handset(worth rs. 16999/-) From online homeshop18.Com on 13 april 2012 which is having one year warranty. This handset suddenly stopped working I.E. Got dead only after one and half month itself. Due to which I have contacted to nearest sony service station of this handset and as it is within warranty they ready to replace the handset and they told me to submit the handset. As per their guidelines I have submitted handset to service station on 6th of june 2012. Service adviser told me that handset will be replaced within maximum 20 days of period. But as of now, I have not received any repaired or new replaced handset even after 50 days from date of submission. Same has been reported to the sony call center at 39011111 and 1800 11 1800 but instead of guiding me they are providing misleading inputs to me. As per their promise they told me to revert on this issue as it is highly escalated to the higher authority, but as of now I have not received any revert calls from theri team. I had called customer executive more than 5 times for the same but not getting proper response from call center. And when I called to service station they are suggesting that only customer care will help you in this regard. Both service station and customer care executives are making me fool by providing wrong commitments and false promises. Same complaint has been logged on the sony.In site but they are also not reverting. As of now I don't see any progress and they are not up to their commitment and promises.
After investing such 17 k in a mobile and if it wont work after only one and half month and getting such worst service and false commitment , is really very disappointing and loss of money as well as peace of mind also at the same time I am losing my time and petitions . Hoping that I will get response from your end. Kindly suggest me on this. Please refer the work order number for your reference.
