My Xperia E3 rear camera doesn't work

Hello.

Sorry if my question such an annoyance,but I wanna know what is wrong with my Xperia E3 rear camera.

It doesn't working.Everytime I want to launch it,the screen will turn black and there it displays a message:

"Unfortunately camera has stopped working?"

What's the matter and how to fix it?

Things to try 

settings > memory > sd card > unmount > back > apps > all > camera > clear data > restart the phone > check again

Hi,

If you have cleared data for the camera but you still experience this, I suggest that you boot the phone into safe mode to see if same thing happens when you launch the camera.
