my xperia doesnt boots

my xperia sp was updating to 12.a.0.1.205 with pc and it was almost done and suddenly my pc restars(i dont know why).and when the windows stars my phone connected and it was showing green light but after a minute it starts and shows sony trademark with red light under it and doesnt loaded xperia trademark or battery loding animation and the phone repeats this prosses till it was connected and when i unpluged it from the cable and tried to boot with power botten its notification light winks green once and then it shows sony and then the screen offs,i tried the off botton under the phones back and it gets a same result,please help me.:((((((

Using PC Companion unplug and make sure your phone is switched off - On PCC select Support zone then Upgrade my phone/tablet then in Blue select Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions and when prompted hold volume down and connect your USB cable - This should enter your phone into Flashmode and beging the repair process and thus fix your phone
