So I woke up yesterday and my phone wouldn't respond. It was on, notifications were coming but the screen wasn't responding. The things that I tried:
- Turning it off and on again.
- Using the power + vol up buttons.
- Updating the software through PC Companion.
- Pressed the off button on the back of the phone.
What can I do?
