my W580i wont turn on

hi guys.. can anyone help me with this prob? my phone wont turn on.. i've tried it so many times to turn it on.. but still.. it remains the same.. red light blinking.. what does it means? =( pls help me.. thanks..

If you re-inserted the battery, and tried the charger in multiple outlets, your next step to a quick solution is to try another battery or charger to narrow down the problem are.

Maybe a local store can help you test this. If you find the problem area, let us know and we'll continue to help out.

After turning my W580i phone off on a flight it would not turn back on.  The phone was fine up to the point I turned it off. I don't see lights when charging.  I had the AT&T store try different battery with no luck.  Had to purchase a new phone but would like to get this one working to give to my granddaughter.  I also tried to download the software to the phone but softward for this phone is not available through PC Companion.  Is there any help for me?

Failing that, take it to a repair centre.
