My sony Z1 has charging problem!

Everything was ok except charging. Always have charging problem which is annoying. But the biggest problem is the way to claim warranty. I have to say Sony warranty service is hopeless. You need to buy your own box from post office, send the phone to their appointed 3rd party repair center for like 3 weeks without any alternative phone to use AND an inspection fee of $49.50 (AUD) applies where quotes are not accepted for non-warranty repairs!!! How should I know whether it is applied or not, I only know the battery is not full in the morning. Can you imagine more ridiculous warranty policy? Check what google's doing for their nexus phone. They send their customer a brand new phone and give their customer a week time to put old phone into the box and mailed back to them. That is called customer CARE.

I'm not sure what kind of problem you experience, could you elaborate? Do you mean that the phone does not charge? Does it charge slow or similar? Is the phone not powering on?

This is how it is charging. Sometimes quick, sometimes slow and sometimes even draining while charging. So unpredictable.

That looks strange. Are you using an original Sony charger? Have you tried different chargers/cables to see if same behaviour appear?

Perhaps you could try to charge the phone while it's booted into safe mode to exclude problems related to third party apps:

The charging record above is using original charger and I even tried charging my Z1 while turning it off. I turned it off, charge it at night and the next morning it is only slightly charged. The worst thing is this is not happening all the time. Unpredictable charging rate is driving me crazy. Don't question 3rd party apps, I had iphone 3, Nexus, Samsung S4 and none of them have same situation.
