I had failed to upgrade os via pc companion. now my phone totally dead, and the usb can not be detected by the computer. my phone is sony xperia SL. help me please. thanks
Hi. It happened to me once with my S, nothing to worry about. First, try reseting and if it does not work simply retry the update and make sure you have good internet speed. Good luck
