My phone is stuck and nothing works

Hello the screen of my phone ( Xperia SP) is stuck on an image since six hours now and nothing works not even the button off. Sony Companion  doesn't detect my phone. Friends tell that my phone rings when they call my I receive nothing . 

What can I do?

Open the back cover and press the hard reset button or power button it's look like a small hole press with pens point slowly till u feel the click

It's located just near bottom
