My phone is not ringing

My phone has stopped ringing when recieving calls. I've checked all the settings and it should be ringing but it is not.

Any solution for that?

Hi, did you mean phone did not ring for incoming call? Are you able to answer the call?

Can you clarify that you can hear other audio on the device such as message tones and music?

I can answer incoming calls without a problem, it is like the phone is set on silent mode

All other applications can play audio, only the ringtones don't

download Quick Settings -> volume and turn them all up

I am ruling out the Settings part .... Did you try with other ringtones?

yes i did. sometimes i can hear the first second of the ringtone before it stops.

do you know that you can do the following: Settings => Sound => Volume

When you choose ringtone, are you able to play it?
