My Neo V phone is not detecting and also not starting. When i press the start buttion, It display like Sony Xperia and then again it will keep on displying the Sony Xperia. Can you please suggest.

I tried to flash by using the Emma tool, But NO LUCK AS eMMA TOOL ALSO NOT DETECTING THE Phone
