My home button functions by itself.

My phone's home button is eventually being pressed even if I'm not pressing it. I also notice it when my phone is locked, the double tap to wake is on, and suddenly, I didn't even tapped the screen and it wakes. What should I do? It is very annoying especially when I'm texting then suddenly it returns to the home screen.

Do you use any screen protector or have you dropped your phone recently?

I do have a screen protector and I haven't dropped my phone.
