Dear Sir,

I have some few  qestiuons to ask from you with regard to my device (Sony Z1) which I bought recently.

1. Can I replace the Battery if something happen to the battery?

2. When I listining to Music, the same song is cotinuing. It should normally skip to the next song once the current song is finished playing. But it does not happening. Kindly help me to overcome this problem. Also please confirm me the correct Ear Phone  which comes for this device since my earphone was changed by thew dealer.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

1. Yes, an authorised repair agent can do this if required.

2. When you have the Walkman open displaying the track you are playing, you can use the two looping arrow button on the right to adjust the shuffle/repeat functions.

I could not confirm the headset you get as this can vary from market to market.
