Where are my contacts bakuped in 1. my sd card 2. my google + cloud., and how can i locate them? how can i access my contacts in the sd card?

Your contacts should be backed up where you have selected. Check in contacts-tap on settings-backup.

Welcome to the community.

If you have backed up the contacts to the SD card or even the internal Storage, they are always stored in the following folder.

Internal/SD storage > System(Folder) > PIM > PIM0001 etc.

These can be found using the File manager - File Commander.

For Google +, log in to your Gmail account, and at the top right handside press on the Gmail with the arrow and then select Contacts. This will display any contacts synced to that Gmail account.
