Music Wiped

I'm new to the sony experia range and since I got the Xperia J around christmas time my music has been vanishing! Very annoying just wanted to know wether it could be the phone or a corrupt SD card , Thanks

• Jelly Bean Update made it slightly better
• Storage is fine but it's saying it's full
• I have 1330 Songs on my device
• SD Card is a 16gb 10 speed
• SD Card is about a year and bit old
