So recently I've been having this problem with my Z1 where sometimes I'll lock the phone and it then won't unlock so have to force shut down to get it working. Also when I start up my phone it says "ProtectedMediaScanner has stopped working". Finally Spotify refuses to log in at all and then when it fails it won't load at all. Any help would be appreciated!!
