Movistar and Sony are unlocking the bootloader allowance for free in Spain after a big petition done !!!!

Sony should allow this possibility in every country, cause once your operator gives you the simlock code you don't have any obligence to stay stuck on operator firmware and the Sony smartphones are Android based or not ??
Android = Open Source !!!!
I don't understand why the Bootloader is not allowed by default, cause even with a simlocked phone you can install a Sony firmware removing the operator firmware logos and stuff. First thing that I have done!!!...
