Multiple Problems in Xperia M

Hi,

I bought Sony Xperia M in November 2013 and within a week a lot of problem has been arising and am still not getting the solution. I took it to Aditya Vision from where i bought the phone but they out rightly rejected it saying that the phone is working fine and then i took it to the Sony Service Center, and dint get any solution from them. This is a real harrasment to the customers and the service center nor the place from where i bought it are of any use to me. I guess i have wasted my money in buying this product and since the day i have bought it...its troubling me and till date there has been no solution to my problems.

Following are the problems described.

1. Whenevr i talk to anyone, the call gets disconnected abruptly within some seconds. There is no network problem since i have been using this particular network since 10 years and before this i have never faced this problem.

2.Secondly when i call anyone, the next person whom i am talking to is not able to hear my voice properly. There is a lot of voice modulation and disturbance and a distorted voice is heard to the next person.

3.Thirdly i can hear my own voice echoing when i talk to someone which is very frustrating,

4.My internet is not working. I am trying to install Whatsapp on my mobile and with more than 10 attempts, i am still not able to do so. I have rebooted the device...uninstalled it but all in vain. Its stuck on verifying the number.

Kindly let me know if what needs to be done. This is highly frustrating.

  We can feel you Frustration
,since you are facing multiple issues, why dont you give a try restoring the phone once and see whether it works or not?? get backup of all data and do it

I am using Sony Xperia M. Its not working properly. It can't change screen lock wallpaper. I am thinking that I have wasted my money buying this Sony Product. So. Kindly tell me what I do.

Hi. You can change it by going to your settings / display / lock screen / then select the wallpaper to u want.

Attencion: It will only appear if you have no security pin our pattern lock. When the phone is set to slide to unlock, it will appear the one you select, otherwise it will appear the wallpaper you choose inside, by default. Hope it works.
