Moto H17 and Elm problem

I have just bought a SE Elm which I am liking a lot, but I have a problem I have a Moto H17 headset which is excellent or was on my last handset but on the Elm I do a search for the headset it recognises it straight away when i press add it comes up with message failed to connect to bluetooth, I have tried this process over and over again to no avail.

Anyone help me please?

Wow looks like I am not going to get any help with this I thought this was a place to come for support from SE, first time I have been with SE maybe the last I have looked through this forum and looks like a majority of problems don't get answered awesome work SE

Well SE have been no help the phone has now been sent back to Orange as it keeps freezing also switching off and hanging through calls and despite having the latest firmware installed, this was my first time using SE I will never have one again customer service is shockingly poor. Thumbs up SE!
