Mobile restarting automatically

hi

i am using xperia x10 mini,my mobile is gettting restart automatically and some time it get hang(no display and no audio,but if called to that number means the call is going but no audio and no display in my mobile)..

even factory reset not working.

factory reset it's not the same as repairing your phone with either SUS or PCC

i get the point, but non of these helping my xperia X10mini pro from stopping it from automatic restart.

then it's hardware related, since you already did everything to fix it. btw does the same happen w/o both SIM and SD card?

i did not try without SIM and SD card.

try it out, if it doesn't work then you should contact sony repair center

i tried without SIM and SD card, yet its automatically restarting. Any more suggestions?
