Mobile MTP Device -- CODE 10 error at Devicemanager

my sp is extremely slow after 4.3 update . so i want to re update or dwongrade. but every time i face mtp drivers problem. please help me.

It's not working for me... still i am facing sam problem. please suggest ontherway....... i am waiting for ur reply

Try to uninstall all drivers and pc companion.Reinstall PCC and connect your device.
