Do you have the correct APN settings? how old is your SIM card?

Try this

Go to Settings > More.. > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names(APN) > Check if the APN used is the one your network provider has provided and not "SONY GPRS"

Then restart phone.

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I suggest performing a simple settings download.

Menu > settings > More > Internet settings > Accept disclaimer > Choose network

Once downloaded try using the Internet.

Hi Jake,i did that before,however a weird APN appeared,"SONY GPRS" to be exact.Do Sony really release that?And that APN did give me network but not that smooth as there are ups and down compared to my network provided internet's APN which is constant.Can you clarify on that?
